Banjarmasin ternyata mempunyai kampung bernuansa hijau atau kampung hijau. Kampung Hijau ini terletak di Jalan Keramat Raya, Kelurahan Sungai Bilu, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur.
Kampung ini terdiri dari lima RT dan 85 unit rumah.
Ketua Rt 5 Kampung Hijau, Muhammad Tauhid menegaskan bahwa pembangunan wisata ini sudah hampir rampung.
"Ini programnya sudah hampur selesai, ya sekitar 80% lah. Semua rumah dipinggiran sungai sudah di cat warna hijau, dan siringnya juga sudah jadi," tuturnya pada banjarmasinpost.co.id, Selasa (19/6/2018) pukul 10.00 Wita.

Kampung ini nantinya akam menjadi tempat wisata di Banjarmasin. Sebuah kampung yang berderet di pinggiran sungai martapura terbentang sepanjang 800 meter, dengan corak warna hijau setiap rumahnya.
Namun, Ketua Rt 05, Muhammad Tauhid mengaku warganya banyak mengeluh karena tidak ada tempat santai untuk wisatawan.
